What We Offer
The dryer consists of a long, tunnel-like structure typically made from a frame covered with a transparent material such as polyethylene or polycarbonate sheets. This allows sunlight to pass through and heat the air inside the tunnel. The roof of the tunnel acts as a solar collector, capturing solar radiation and converting it into heat. The heat generated warms the air inside the tunnel. At one end of the tunnel, there is usually a chimney or a set of ventilation openings to allow moist air to escape, promoting efficient drying.
How is works
Solar Heating: Sunlight passes through the solar collector, heating the air inside.
Air Circulation: The heated air is circulated through the drying chamber using fans, blowing hot air over the products.
Moisture Removal: The hot air absorbs moisture from the products, and the moist air is then vented out of the drying chamber.
Continuous Process: Fresh hot air is continuously introduced into the drying chamber, and moist air is continuously exhausted, resulting in a steady drying process.
